Owners Joe and Mendi Redinbo, from West Lafayette.

Mendi has been behind the chair since 1996. Her passion is education and growing stylists. She loves natural lived in color. Joe and Mendi are the lucky parents to five girls. Mendi is a native of Crawfordsville where she began her career at Visible Changes Hair Salon. EMILY MCDANIEL

Emily is soon to be a Level 3 stylist inside our salon company. Specializing in blonding services, Emily began her career with us in 2019 as an associate stylist. Emily is sincere, soft spoken, and always brings positive energy to our team. Emily is certified in five different extension methods and looks forward to making your hair dreams come tree. LUCI NICLEY

Passionate, spunky, outgoing, and all around fun; that is Luci. Since 2023 Luci has been a part of our salon company. Fashion color and fun are her specialty. Luci too is certified in five extensions methods and loves to see the full transformation delivering dream hair to her guests. In 2024 Luci became not only a L’Oréal Professionel color ambassador but also a L’Oréal Professionel Artist allowing her to share her passion and knowledge with stylists across the US. EMMA CARVER

In the fall of 2023 Emma joined our salon company as an Assocaite stylist. Emma is the calm to our team and to her guests. Emma enjoys lived in color looks for her guests, creating a natural low maintenance feel. Emma is a local Lafayette native and is very passionate about her family and her career. ZOEY MILES

Zoey joined our salon company at our front desk in 2023. She is now a part of our associate stylist program and growing every single day in her passion behind the chair. Zoey loves creating blonde looks for her clients. Foiling is her specialty. She is the glue that brings our team together, keep it light hearted and joyful every day. Follow her career journey…HERE

MORGAN BIBLE

Morgan joined our salon team in March 2025 as a graduate of Christina and Co Education Center. Morgan is passionate about wedding hair and special event hair. ALLY WHITE

PAITYN DRAKE

Joining Hairspa & Co December 2023, Paityn started her career here as a scent specialist. Paityn is a nursing student at Purdue University looking forward to medical Botox and more.
