Owners Joe and Mendi Redinbo, from West Lafayette.

Mendi has been behind the chair since 1996. Her passion is education and growing stylists. She loves natural lived in color. Joe and Mendi are the lucky parents to five girls. Mendi is a native of Crawfordsville where she began her career at Visible Changes Hair Salon. MEET EMILY MCDANIEL

Emily specializes in blonding services, i-tip extensions, and wedding styles. She values experience based services, communication, and education to create a beautiful self-care service spent inside our salon company.

Outside of the salon Emily enjoys walking and cuddling her dog, Emma and spending time with her boyfriend and family.

MEET LUCI NICLEY

Passionate, spunky, outgoing, and all around fun; that is Luci. Luci specializes in fashion and vivid color, extension installs and customization, but also Wedding Styles and Makeup. Luci is here to make you feel welcome, confident, and seen

Outside the salon,Luci enjoys frequent visits to Disney, musicals, and spending time with those she holds dear to her.

 In 2024 Luci became not only a L’Oréal Professionel color ambassador but also a L’Oréal Professionel Artist allowing her to share her passion and knowledge with stylists across the US. See Lucis work….HERE 

MEET EMMA CARVER

Emma specializes in lived-in color, blonding, and customized hair plans designed to fit real life. She values education, communication, and cre3ating results that feel effortless long after your appointment. Emma is our Wedding Team makeup artist as well.

Outside the salon, Emma enjoys time with her family and loves being a part of an experience that allows guests to truly relax and feel cared for.

MORGAN BIBLE

As the Wedding Team Coordinator, Morgans passion is clear for brides and special occasions. Morgan brings organization, order, and calm to every guest and wedding experience.

ALLY WHITE

Ally specializes in guest care and color transformations. She values communication, patience, and sincerity in every guest expereince.

Outside of the salon, Ally enjoys family time and quiet time in her home. Ally loves being a part of the guest experience and seeing her guest truly excited for their transformation.

MEET PAITYN DRAKE

Paityn brings the specialty of spray tans, contouring, and lash extensions to the Lafayette area. Creating a healthy experience is her top priority.

Outside the salon, Paityn stays super busy while studying at Purdue University, heading up a team with UCA Cheer, and time with friends and family. MEET CASSI JENKINS

Cassi specializes in blonding and hair cutting, helping to create the most effortless long lasting look for each guests.d

Outside the salon, Cassi enjoys time spent in her church and with her friends. She values her faith and caring for others while creating a look that brings confidence and joy.

MEET ALLISON MCCOLLEY

Allison specializes in spray tanning and values creating a comfortable experience while giving a long lasting customized glow.

Cassi Jenkins
